Who we are

The Pediment (trading name) curates leadership experiences, including The Leadership Prologue 2026. For anything in this policy, contact us at hello@thepediment.com.

What we collect

When you apply to attend or inquire about partnership, we collect the information you submit: your name, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile, Instagram handle, university or organisation, domain or sector, city, and — for delegate applicants — your delegate status. We also record application metadata such as the time of submission and, where available, how you arrived at the site.

Why we collect it

  • To process your application and communicate with you about it.
  • To curate the room — admission is by selection.
  • In aggregated, permissioned form, to introduce the cohort to selected partners. Full profile detail is shared with a partner only after a signed agreement.

Legal basis

Your consent, given at the time of application. Both the media waiver and privacy consent are recorded with your submission.

Who we share it with

Selected partners (aggregated before any agreement; full detail only after a signed agreement), and the service providers that run this site and our communications — email delivery, hosting, and analytics. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

For the event cycle and a reasonable period after. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access and correct your data, withdraw your consent, and seek grievance redressal. Write to hello@thepediment.com and we will respond.
